Não consigo baixar do Gopro Plus para Gopro App [ New ]

Conexão está perfeita, entretanto não consigo baixar o ficheiro da nuvem para aplicação. É a segunda vez que isto ocorre. O que eu faço pra isto normalizar e não voltar a ocorrer?

Hello, @jullyts. As long as you are logged in to your account while using the GoPro App, you should automatically be able to view or access your Cloud media. 

When you log in to the web (GoPro.com), are you able to access the media library and view your media?

Try signing out of your account on the app, then sign back in and see if media will appear under the CLOUD tab in the app. Let us know how it goes. Thanks!
