My Subscription was Canceled … If I renew now do I regain access to my cloud videos?[ New ]
My subscription was canceled and unfortunately, I wasn’t notified of loss of access to cloud videos until today (when the subscription canceled). I’m unable to access my cloud videos online or via the app. I’d be happy to resubscribe if I know my videos are still available. So I suppose that’s my question… If I resubscribe, will all my cloud videos still be there and will I regain access to them?

Cancellation is reflected in the next billing period. You should still have full access to the services provided by the subscription up until the end of the current billing cycle.
