My SD Card Compartment release button is stuck down. I have a full SD card that I cant get out.[ New ]
I have contacted GoPro customer service 5 times now, sent in my proof of purchase, and used two different debit cards to activate my subscription, I have also sent in a photo of my problem. The last two times I requested a call I didn't get a reponse back. I would like to beable to activate my subscription and have my camera fixed. My case # is 09164899 email ***@yahoo.com

To get the card out of the slot, push the card in past flush and then the spring mechanism will release it.
If it's still the same, it is best to follow up with Support.
We have pulled up the case and see that they tried to reach out several times but were not able to get through.
