Hello, @acdcbc. By raw file do you mean the unedited files (video, photo) captured by MAX? If so, these files should be uploaded to the cloud even if they are 360 files.
Do you recall getting a confirmation on the camera that your 360 media were successfully uploaded to the cloud? Are you missing only the 360 videos? Are all videos not found?
How do you access your cloud media? Do you log in to your account through plus.gopro.com?
