I need GoPro support help

I have canceled my GoPro subscription and wish to have a refund. I am deaf and cannot use a phone, please email instead of phone call. How do we conduct support via email? Have been trying to open a support chat but all support personel are always busy so it doesn't appear possible.

Hello @ianmac7

 

We were able to check the status of your subscription.

You should still have the benefits of plus until 04/02/2022. The subscription has been canceled and will not renew.

 

Regarding the refund, as listed on the terms: You may cancel Your Subscription at any time as described in Section 6, effective at the end of the billing period. You can access all the Subscription benefits until your cancellation is effective and no refund will be issued.

@ianmac7, you may also try initiating a chat session through https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs.

 

Should you encounter any issue connecting to live chat, please ensure that your browser isn't blocking cookies and the pop-up blocker should be disabled. If you run across issues, there are some suggestions provided by a Hub member in this thread that might help.

I was able to complete the live chat, thank you. They refused to give me a refund despite my having 11 months left on the GoPro subscriptiion that I canceled.
