I bought the Gopro Plus and they sent me an email confirming it but its not active?
[ New ]I bought the Gopro Plus and they sent me an email confirming my purchase, but it's not active? I've tried everything, followed all instructions in email to? anyone else have this issue? am I missing something?

If you're still unable to access your cloud media directly through the website, please send your email address to me via private message so I can help check the info on my end.
