I am stupid.. does anybody know a solution to the problem I created?[ New ]
Pretty stupid but hopefully you can help me with the following:
- On December 1, 2020 I bought the HERO9 bundle + 1-year subscription to GoPro;
- During the purchase process I filled in the wrong email address, I used email@example.com instead of firstname.lastname@example.org (which is correct);
- Because of this I cannot get into my account on GoPro.com. I contacted customer support to resolve this, but ultimately I couldn't enter my account.
- I do not wish to have the paid subscription to GoPro after the end of the first year which was included into the package;
- Question: how can I enter my account / end my subscription to GoPro?
