I am stupid.. does anybody know a solution to the problem I created?

Hi all,

 

Pretty stupid but hopefully you can help me with the following:

 

  • On December 1, 2020 I bought the HERO9 bundle + 1-year subscription to GoPro;
  • During the purchase process I filled in the wrong email address, I used xxx@info.nu instead of info@xxx.nu (which is correct);
  • Because of this I cannot get into my account on GoPro.com. I contacted customer support to resolve this, but ultimately I couldn't enter my account.
  • I do not wish to have the paid subscription to GoPro after the end of the first year which was included into the package;
  • Question: how can I enter my account / end my subscription to GoPro?
Hope to solve this together with you.

@sytzenl, our Support Team will be able to help you with this. Please contact them through https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs to initiate a callback request or chat with one of the representatives. Let them know that you need to correct the email address associated with your GoPro Subscription.
