HÉRO 7 BLACK

BONJOUR,

 

Depuis la semaine dernière ma Gopro Héro 7 indique pas de batterie. Je cchange de baterrie avec une autre sans problème et une batterie neuve ailleurs indique le méme problème.

 

Cette caméra étant sous garantie est il possibeld efaire un erteour pour vérficaftion.

If this is happening with multiple batteries, then it would be good to check other parts of the connection. Specifically, it would be good to check that the USB-C cable you're using is functioning and that the power supply you're using is providing enough power to charge the battery. If you can try using another power source, that would be a good way to test that.
