Gopro Hero 9 not working [ New ]

I bought a Gopro hero 9 online but it not working at all as 1) it not able to swipe at all  2) if you keep swiping, it will beep and shut down automatically  3) it not able to connect from my handphone, try to contact Gopro support whole day but live chat not working at all!

Please proceed with a manual update.

Follow the instructions on https://gopro.com/en/us/update/hero9-black

Once the update is completed, reset the camera.

Go to Preferences> Reset> Factory Reset

Let us know how it goes.
If it's still the same, please reach out to our Support Team through https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs
 

As this is a recent purchase, you may also refer to the same store you got the camera from.
