Thank you, @mustaphak77738. It would be best to follow the activation link that you have received on your email as you have stated in your original post. A password reset might be necessary but see if you can put in the same password. A user confirms that the activation went through following this step. Let us know how it goes. Thanks!

Hello @mariustanya, Yes, I tried by following the link in the email, I did reset my password, and nothing happens in my account. I'm in an infinite loop here 😅...
I will try to call customer service, I hope that the user experience there is much better than the subscription process 🤞🏽
