A password reset might be necessary but see if you can put in the same password. A user confirms that the activation went through following this step. Let us know how it goes. Thanks!

I will try to call customer service, I hope that the user experience there is much better than the subscription process 🤞🏽

[ New ]curious if you got resolution to your issue? I'm in the same infinite loop - have account setup, no discount, wants me to subscribe. Been chasing this issue for twn days now arghhh
