GoPro Plus says subcription is cancelled, but I just bought it

I've been trying to solve this through gopro chat but there seems to be alot of miscommunication when I try it there, I'm getting nowhere.

 

I've bought an annual gopro plus subcription through android's google play store on my phone, it's been paid with my credit card, and it shows up as paid and an active subcription.

 

But when I open up the app or login the website, it says the subcription is cancelled! Please help, I've been struggling with this for quite some time now :(

What happens when you sign in via gopro.com/login?

Do you see an option to Add Media?

 

Is there a chance a different email address was used when the subscription was done?

It does say add media, and there are a few videos from when I just set it up, Also double checked it's the same email account

We do not see an active subscription under the email address.

It will be best to reach out to our Support Team to have this checked further.

You may submit a request for a callback through https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs, or initiate a chat session with one of our representatives.

When imitating a chat session, try selecting US-English as the region.

Yes @aragon1006 , thanx for reply.

But that's the issue i'm reffering at.
I log into my account en inmedeatly I see that notification Screenshot_20200716-014137_Chrome (1).jpg Then I go to my device..
You see if i want to use the automatic upload to cloud.. its not availiable unless i have to subscribe again?!
I already paid for that Smiley Frustrated I don't wanna pay again. Already paid for a whole year. and is only lasted for a month.

And yes.. also already spoken someone via supportchat..of the support, but nothing  helpfull to me.
aready a lot of time tried to request for that 'famous' Call-back button. Or it's a fake button, or they just dont want to talk to me.
If I log in the mij google playstore..there its still my subscribing to Go Pro Plus.
So, don't know wat the next move should be. 
according google where i bought this,i should be enjoying mken vids... en busy with uploading.. so, if anyone could help me out., i'll be sogreatefull. Sincerly,

@ladysilverwolf i have given you temporary access to Plus for now through August 30th so you can at least start uploading videos :-) I'll have someone take a look at your subscription and might be in touch with you for additional details next week.

Thanx for the 'temporary' acces, I guess?! Smiley Wink
-I assume that you won't forget that I subscribed for a whole year-
