GoPro Plus NOT WORKING

I am paying for GoPro Plus yet it does not work. I have had a ticket open for 2 days with no work done. I have had GoPro Plus since buying it on the 15th of October along with my GoPro and it renews on Nov 15th.

 

Here I am paying for a subscription for something that does not work. There have been reports of this issue in the support section that are weeks old, so why is this taking so long? why are you telling paying customers to be patient when they are losing time, money and footage because you shipped a product that wasn't 100% tested.

 

The way things are looking I will be returning my GoPro for a full refund very soon if someone does not take my case 07173847 very seriously. I find this very unprofessional.

I have same problem. From gopro website I can not upload any file bigger than 3GB. It go till end and stuck forever there without uploading anyhing. From quick is so slow that it upload 15GB in 2 days. From camera is also very slow. Can someone answer why all these problems with upload? I seen here a lot of people complaining about gopro plus with same issue that upload is not working. I am in free month but if problem will not be fixed I will not continue with subscription. I can not pay for something which is not working. I will also return camera. I made same with Hero 5 few years ago and now I buy Hero 8 hopping that something change in this company but as I can see is even worst :)

Hope situation will be fixed and someone will answer me at these upload to gopro plus issue.
