GoPro Abo nicht aktiviert & keine Rechnung

Ich habe das GoPro-Bundle (inkl. Zubehör) und Abo gekauft. Die Ware kam super schnell und ist einwandfrei. Allerdings ist das Abo nicht aktiviert. Weiterhin habe ich keine Rechnung zu meinem Kauf erhalten. Ich bitte um Hilfe.

We were able to pull up the details using the order number.

There seems to be an issue with the provisioning of your order/subscription.

Our Support Team will be able to check on this further.

We are not able to pull up any records using the email address on your Hub profile.

Is there a chance you have used a different email when the order was placed?

Do you happen to have the order number?
