Fusion camera unresponsive [ New ]

Hello, My Fusion camera stopped turning on and became unresponsive last week while I was vacationing in the Snowy Mountains. I tried troubleshooting as per the GoPro websites instructions but had no luck. This was a let down because I was documenting my partners 30th birthday adventure; my Hero 8 and Hero 7 worked fine in the same conditions and there is no damage on the Fusion camera. Serial number *** Please let me know if you require any further infomation and thanks for your help,Jess

If you have gone through the steps on Fusion Will Not Power On and it's still the same, please let our Support Team know.
