Free year subscription not added to account

Hey! I recently bought a GoPro Max with the years free subscription. My current subscription ends on 22/10/21 but it’s set to charge me £49.99 for the next year. I’ve added the Max to my account but it hasn’t changed the billing status. I cancelled my renewal just in case! Please can you tell me how to redeem the free year? Thanks!

We were able to pull up the order and see that this came with a discount from your subscription.
