Errore "Response code 51c"

Ho vinto 5 anni di GoPro Plus con HomePro challenge ma ogni volta che inserisco i dati della carta di credito per accedere a GoPro Plus non si attiva e compare un avviso con scritto "Declined. Please contact Customer Support for further assistance and quote "Response code 51c"". Ho provato a pagare con più carte ma mi dà sempre lo stesso errore. Cosa posso fare?
