Yes I tried to submit the call back request, but hothing happens with it. No captcha appears. No error notification. Only the "wait 3 minutes message". Content blocker off, pop-up windows allowed. Can't get through at all. Obviously there is response here, but not specific issue response.
I also tried 'Product Support' because I try 'Order Support' every day and get NO RESPONSE.
However Product Support is absent, just the same as Order Support. Same messages.
'Wait' - which never changes - and 'no one available'
