Thank you for the details, @dbguzzi. If chat does not work, you may submit a callback request. If you get the Captcha error or any error, try using a different device (computer or mobile phone). Clear cache on your browser, use a different browser or an incognito browser.

Yes I tried to submit the call back request, but hothing happens with it. No captcha appears. No error notification. Only the "wait 3 minutes message". Content blocker off, pop-up windows allowed. Can't get through at all. Obviously there is response here, but not specific issue response.

Still no response from GoPro today about unauthorised withdrawl from my bank account. 

Still only the 'not available message'.

I also tried 'Product Support' because I try 'Order Support' every day and get NO RESPONSE.
However Product Support is absent, just the same as Order Support. Same messages.

'Wait' - which never changes - and 'no one available'
