[ New ]Dear Team
I have not been able to contact you via chat or phone.
You have two orders in error for a gopro hero 9. We only need one gopro please.
Please cancel one of the orders. I ordered using the upgrade option then realised there is nothing to be gained by this if I am a subscriber anyway.
They were ordered separately but seem to have been placed in the same order and I have been charged for both.
MP-04417246. Your order tracking system has an error.
They were ordered for my son.
Please send only one gopro and cancel the uprade option.

To change your user ID, please sign in via gopro.com/login
Go to Settings> User Info> Nickname
To reach out to Support, you would need to submit a call back request or initiate a chat session.
Should you encounter any issue scheduling a callback or a live chat, please ensure that you are not blocking cookies and have your pop-up blocker disabled.

Requesting call back leads to 'invalid captcha. please retry'
Start chat launches blank window with no chat box and nothing happens after over an hour.
There is no reply from emailing pr@gopro.com and phone calls just lead to the contact us form.
I am really frustrated by this.
My son will have two gopros delivered this week and he only needs one.
I am happy to return one but know it will be impossible to contact anyone to get a return label.
This really is very poor service.
I would be grateful for any help/contact at all to resolve this problem.

But please see what i wrote above. Your contact form does not work on two browsers, private and pop ups allowed and followed all instructions.
I need someone to contact me to arrange return of two gopros that have been sent in error. Originally only one sent in error but now seems to be two! one on one order and a third on a separate order which is really odd and certainly not authorised on my credit card
