Hello @iasonl0. How are you uploading your files to PLUS? Are you uploading regular videos, or are the media captured using other modes (TimeLapse, TimeWarp, 360)? Do you get an error message? How large are the files that you are trying to upload? Are these chaptered files?
Also, see if uploading through other methods will help.

The icon in the menu of the gopro for uploading disappeared 1 month ago , so i cannot upload anything , pictures , videos etc .
If i remember properly this appeared in connection’s menu ,
I pat normally the plus and i can find the older videos in the cloud through the web.
Last but not least i cannot reach the old videos in the cloud through the app in the phone, something that happened some months ago.
