Cannot sign up for GoPro Plus... [ New ]

HELP NEEDED

I cannot sign up for GoPro Plus.

I tried it on Safari and Chrome browser.

But both comes up the same error message as I attached.

Have you tried using in private browsing or going on incognito mode?

Have you also tried signing up vai the GoPro app?

Actually I did sign up successfully! 

I am not sure what was wrong but , I tried to do that later, and I' got be succeeded.
