Cannot log into account because 2FA text is never sent to my phone

I am trying to log into my gopro account in browser, but I have 2FA set up. When logging in, it says it is sending me a text, but nothing ever comes in. I have tried sending the code a dozen times on different devices, I have tried restarting my phone. Still nothing.

I am already signed in on the GoPro Mobile App, so I can get in that way, but I need to access my files through my browser so I can download them onto my computer.
