Can't login

It stoped send me sms with a confirmation number this February. I can't still login into gopro plus but continue pay subscription.

I checked with my provider, rebooted device many times without any luck. Phone number wasn't changed.

If 2FA doesn't properly work I would like to disable it. How can I achive that?

Hello, @v1taly. We checked with our PLUS team and requested to disable the two-factor authentication. Please check if you are now able to login to your account successfully. Let us know how it goes. Thanks!
