Can't contact Support + Order Delay[ New ]
I made an order of some accessories for my upcoming vacation. The site said 2-3 days delivery time to Greece. I ordered the accessories at 14/8 and i realized that UPS is going to deliver on Friday 21/8. So it's not 3 days. The big issue is that on Friday 21 i will be already in vacation. I am trying to contact support 3 days and no way to reach them even with a scheduled call back or whatever. So it supposed that we are plus customers and we pay for extra services like 24/7 support. So where is the support when we need them? As i see a lot of customers have the same issue. I guess GoPro has to find a solution asap.
