I ordered my hero8 black 10 days ago, with a delivery time of 2-3 days. Still nothing apart from a tracking number. I have phoned UPS and they haven't recieved anything but have passed on the delivery to another courier names Aramex... who I also phoned and have just been directed back to UPS as they don't have my package. UPS and aramex keep directing me back to the other courier and neither physically have the package... any ideas what is going on?
Now, I understand this might be a courier issue outside of GoPro, but still some support or clarity would be great. GoPro select the couriers and should have information?
I purchased this camera for a special event I've planned for ages (my 30th bday) and I'm now unsure it will be here in time. I am getting worried and very frustrated for this reason.
Has anyone else experienced similar or have any ideas/advice?
