CS support

I have been trying for days to find out where my camera is. they have taken the money and started a subscripotion but havent provided a camera to uise it it has now been two weeks with no camera. very frustrating and seems to be very common. i certainly wont be buying direct from them gain.

Hello @dannyboy250. I was able to locate your Sales Order using the email address associated with your Support Hub profile. Your order has already shipped out. You can check your GoPro order from this link: https://gopro.com/order-status

 

Make sure that you enter your email address and Shipping ZIP Code or Postal Code correctly.
