Abonnement Gopro

Bonjour, j'ai acheté une camera Gorpo Max avec un abonnement annuel inclus, mais je n'arrive pas à y accéder !

Comment est ce que je peux l'activer sur mon compte ?

We were able to pull up the order but it seems that the subscription was not billed.

Please note that the camera and the subscription are billed separately.

Kindly check your payment records.

I have the same issue , I paid for one year subscription for i cloud and I can not use it .
