2 Factory Authorization problems

I have reset my password a few times and then tred to login to your website.  After logining in a get the screen that tells me to enter the 2fa code that is sent to my cell phone.  Only problem is that i never get the text message.  I checked all of my phone messages and I am receiving texts from others but not from you.


Can you help me out ?

Please try to restart your phone and retry to see if there will be a verification message. If the issue persists, our Support team will be able to assist you further in resolving this.
