Hello, @activetree51880. Using the email address associated with your Hub profile, we were able to pull up a record of a Subscription for you. The Subscription though shows cancelled and has been done through iTunes. Have you been able to check with Apple Support regarding the cancelled subscription?
Subscription renewals are charged. If this is in relation to a previous case, it would be best to get in touch with Support for more direct assistance.
