waranty eu - Remo contrlol K.O.

Hi,

 

may I use GoPro waranty for my Remo Control from USA to some "waranty center" in Europe?

 

Problem (I bought in USA Remo contrlol and at home in Czech Republic I discovered that it doenst work)

Here are some steps you can do: 

  • Try plugging into a different power source
  • Try using a secondary USB-C cable

If the Remo is still not powering on and/or charging, our Support Team can help you move forward with his concern. Please note that the warranty depends on where/when the item was purchased.
