"You Order Status" can't find my order - ever!

I entered my email address, shipping zip code, and order number into the "Your Order Status" page, but it always results in "Sorry but the order status is unavailable for now, please retry in a moment."


My Order number is NA02725857.


In addition to the accessories it's the same order I used to purchase a Plus account, which is active. So I know the order went through. Please let me know the status and fix your website.

@aragon1006 Thanks for getting back to me. It's reassuring to know you can see it in the system from your end. I just hope I can see it on this end soon. Knowing when it will ship, and approximately when it will arrive would be a relief. Please let me know if you have even an estimation. Thanks
