J'ai installé un micro Rode Videomicro sur ma hero 7 black avec l'adapatateur GoPro.
Mon problème est que j'ai durant l'enregistrement un bruit du genre clac, clac, en permanence.
Avez vous une solution
Thanks for reaching out. There are times when certain external electrical interference or audio frequencies will interfere with the audio recording of the camera, and cause a background static. This static should only be appearing in your video if it is being exposed to the interference or frequency.
For example, if in a car, you should not have the static if the car is switched off. Electrical systems vary from car to car, so it's not something that will appear in all vehicles or with other external electrical devices that may be causing the interference. Also, all audio frequencies do not interfere with the audio recording, so you should not hear this interference all the time.
Do you experience the audio problem when recording without the Pro 3.5mm Mic Adapter and external microphone attached?
In addition to he information above, it'll also help if you can provide a sample video. To ensure that we gather a good sample, please follow the guidelines below while recording your clip:
- Make sure the camera is outside of the housing.
- Record in a quiet environment, away from other electronics.
- Record so that I can see you speaking towards the camera.
- The sample footage should be directly from the camera and then uploaded to Dropbox or Google drive (no conversion or editing; file should be an untouched MP4). Provide us the shared link so we can look into the details here.
Hoping to hear back from you.
