Here are some suggestions that will help:
- Disconnect Karma Grip from the computer's USB port.
- Restart the computer.
- Power cycle Karma Grip off/on.
- Reconnect Karma Grip to the computer. Note: This process may take up to 3 attempts to work.
Tip: When connecting the Karma Grip to your computer for the update, take the camera and stabilizer off first. You only need the handle to be connected. Fully charge the Grip using a wall outlet or the Karma charger (if you also own the drone).
