karma grip not charging [ New ]

My Karma grip will not charge. Via wall or computer using its own charging cable. I had this issue with the unit I bought before this one, but was able to return. Now it's happening to my new one. What is this issue and how do I fix it?

After looking at a few videos on YouTube, I found a solution that worked. Hold down the power button for about 40 seconds and the grip reloads itself and is ready to go. Thanks YouTube!
