karma grip Locked!

Hello Guys! My karma grip is totally locked! I really can't turn the lock system to unluck the grip. Please help!

I can't find the Youtube video right now, but I saw a review where the user had to press the Karma gimbal into the handle/battery unit to lock the gimble by turning the locking collar.  Maybe you could try this when unlocking the gimbal?

This isn't the video I was looking for, but see how the locking collar doesn't turn until the gimbal is pressed into the handle.

Use your thumb to push the gimbal in while unlocking it with other hand. It helped me. In case you have the mounting ring on it, open it so you're able to push it in with your thumb. Here is the link to my review. https://youtu.be/aYpWFihTzAY

Read the above posts and watch the video?

Short answer, press down on the top of the handle with your thumb as you rotate the locking ring.  A bit like leaning againt a door to allow you to turn the key in a stiff lock.  It takes the pressure off the locking mechanism.

My karma grip returned to the unlocked position but doesn't come out. I've tried hard to pull but it's not coming out. What's wrong?
