go pro max grip+tripod mount too tight [ New ]

Hi, I purchased a max grip+tripod. The mount is too tight for my hero 9, so that I can only push the bottom of gopro in by half(to where the photo shows), and I need to push it really really hard to try to get the gopro 9 all the way in. Please see the attached photo. I don't have such issue for all my other mounts. I think the max grip migh be faulty. Can I get a replacement? Thanks!

@weiy214, the mounting fingers are designed to be tight, however, if they're not fitting in, please contact our Support Team so they can look further into this. I have the same problem, i got mine just today and i waited for it a long time :(. I will return mine tomorrow and order a new one because gopro support did not answer me
