cancel my order-RW00146570

Hello, I am from Taiwan. My order has not been shipped since 4/16. You wrote a letter saying that there was a problem with my order. After calling gopro customer support and understanding the situation, I decided to cancel the order, but she said that they did not have the right to cancel. , but my order status is closed, so gopro will return the money to me within 10 days. However, it has been more than 10 days until now. My credit card has not yet received the refunded money. Your customer service support cannot solve the problem. Whom do you have to call? I do not want this product.I can't wait any longer. My order number is RW00146570. Please cancel my order quickly and return the money to me.

Sorry to hear about what happened. The order being closed means that no charges have been applied to your account. It may have been an authorization to charge that was created but not an actual charge. You might want to check with your bank again.
