WiFi Remote

Hello I have a GoPro Wi-Fi Remote and it's been temperamental since I purchased it (yes it was brand new) but I've always managed to get it to work but now it won't turn on at all!

I've tried charging it to see if it had run out of battery but there's no life in it. How do I go about getting it repaired I purchased just after Christmas. I do have the model number if needed. If someone can help I would appreciate it thanks.
