Why did i get charged full price for an accessory even though I have a GoPro Plus account?

I just bought a hero 7 blacjk and a chesty mount. The GoPro was bought through the trade up program so it was 299.99, the chest mount was showing 19.99 in the cart, but the subtotal was 339.99 when it should've been 319.98. I was charged the full price of the chest mount.
I'm also unable to see my order information. I can't see what all i ordered or how much it charged. I know the trade up program can take a couple of weeks and i have a vacation planned for the first week of June and i need the GoPro by then at the latest.
