Where are my karma and stabilizer

I have email several times with no answer, I have after a long talk in Toft several times returned my drone and stabilizer to you after crash, that you told me to do, I have followed all the things you told me to, I can see that ups have delivered the package the 6. September and I haven’t heard anything from you at all. I’m need them in ten days when I’m off at traveling.
Please answer my emails

Sorry to hear about the delay. According to  Support, the replacement package has already been shipped out. If it has not reached you, see if you received any email notification about the shipment.
