Water inside Super Suite lens cover

Hi I have used GoPro Super suite for Scuba diving. In the first dive I used it to 10m depth and everything was fine. During the second dive the I have used it for 11m depth. After the dive I’ve noticed that there is some water inside the lens outer cover (black colored outer frame). However this water has not penetrated inside the super suite. But I still can see water inside the main lens cover, that is more than 24 hours after the dive. Lens cover appears to be fixed with screw . Should I attempt to remove the water by opening it or I should get it replaced

Re: Water inside Super Suite lens cover

It would be best to get the Super Suit checked for safety purposes, @globetrotter83. If you contact our Support team here , they will be able to help. You  may reach them by phone or chat. Thanks!

Re: Water inside Super Suite lens cover

You didn't mention if you used moisture absorbers (the little paper inserts--the super suit usually takes 3) during your dive.  Those usually prevent any internal condensation, etc.  If they didn't work, you might need to exchange them for new/fresh ones.

Re: Water inside Super Suite lens cover

Hi, I have done some checks based on feedback received from Gopro team. It was concluded that the water entered the lens cover from inside, that is while I was rinsing the suite after my dive. It was a silly mistake from my side. Thank you for all your responses. I have also ordered some moisture absorbers for my next dive.
