Hello, @寛紀中06755. Please check the box or the case. The SD card comes in a loose plastic envelope so it may have moved around inside the package while in transit. Others report that they found the card inserted in the bottom flap of the box.

Again, I searched in the box and bag but couldn't find the SD card. When I contact support again, there is no response.
