-Yes if you really want to remove the tempered glass.
-No if you're just using the camera normally.

[ New ]Yes, easily removed. I have put screen protectors on phones and all sorts of things (including my DSLR)
These come off really easily...eg, Mines self removing after 1 day and all instructions were covered and the screen was spotless when applied. Pretty annoying really. Not impressed with it at all.
