To Gopro tech support.
I purchased my smart remote in Japan 9 months ago whilst on holidays (i live in Australia)
It has suddenly stopped charging and wont power on. Ive tryed all the suggestions on the support hub ( cleaning the charging points, resetting by holding down mode and power buttons, also foil on contact points ) and nothing has fixed the problem.
Unfortunately I have misplaced the reciept in my travels which of course means no warranty. Is gopro willing to back its product and replace my remote ?? If so what should i do next
