Smart remote doesn’t work

I have 3 gopro and I have one smart remote. 

‘I need that when I use the remote the 3 gopros start recording at the same time. 

‘But some times it doesn’t recognize all the cameras. So it doesn’t start the 3 of them

Hello @fastflame47344. If you haven't yet, re-pair the devices but first reset the Smart Remote. This can be done by pressing and holding the Power/Mode button on the remote for about 8 to 10 seconds. After this, connect each camera with the remote control again. Let us know how it goes. Thanks!
