Okay so finally decided to buy a GoPro, purchased the smart remote at the same time (2 weeks ago) the smart remote turns on and pairs, but it will not charge. Checked the terminals, brand new so not dirty, plugged it into various USB ports, Computer, wall chargers etc, it just appears it is faulty straight out of the box?? I would have thought go pro would test this sort of thing before it leaves factory. Anyone have any ideas?

Please let our customer support team about that.
As far as I know there is a note that you should only return the defective item not the whole package since the warehouse will only replace the damaged or defective product.
