I have not use my smart remote for a long time, I would say a couple of years now and I have used it just for 3-4 times.
I put it on charge and I noticed that the LED does not turn red and I left it on charge for a few hours but no response from it.
I did tried to reset it for 20 seconds but nothing at all.
There is a common problem with it or it`s just mine?

@superwater74841, please try to reset the Smart Remote by pressing and holding the Power/Mode button on the remote for about 8 to 10 seconds.
If that doesn't help, power off the Smart Remote and try using a different USB port on your computer to charge your remote. If possible, use a USB port on the back of your computer. You can also try using a USB wall charger that outputs 5V 1A if you have one. If you have already been using a wall charger, please try a different one so that we can determine if the adapter itself is having trouble or not.
Lastly, if the contact points on the remote are dirty from use it can disrupt the connection and inhibit the remote's ability to charge. Be sure that those contact points are free of dirt and debris.
