Smart Remote Issues
[ New ]Smart Remote (2 button model) powers on and shows the word "ERROR" above the battery logo.
When the Wifi image starts progressing through showing its "bars" on the screen, on the last step the screen goes blank to start over the progression of the wifi image and there is a random 0 that shows up.
Also the remote does not me to complete a hard reset holding the Power/Mode button following any of the instructions I have seen posted on the support hub.

Press and hold the Power/Mode button on the remote for about 8 to 10 seconds. The remote will power off and can then be powered back on.
Should it still be the same, please reach out to our Support Team for warranty options.
Please have a copy of the proof of purchase handy.

[ New ]@aragon1006 thanks for the feedback. Stil no luck. Doesn't "reset", it just powers off and back on again with the same issue.
I'll have to dig up the receipt.
