Hello @mariustanya , Thank you for the message. Could you give us an idea of when we will hear an official update or solution for this problem from GoPro?
I just talked to GoPro chat support again (my 3rd time on this problem), and their only solution is to keep sending me new Shortys and Fingers. This will be my third shorty, and 2nd finger set. I get the feeling the Shortys are not being tested with Hero8 fingers. Could you please advise? Thanks!
