Second gopro remo in this month, does not charge, does not work! what are you up to gopro team

I bought GoPro remo for the second time in this month, returned the first one to best buy and bought the second one from somewhere else, same issue, it does not charge or work, tried almost everything, new cable, new brick, i came to Miami for a trip, had high hopes from the product, have been an avid promoter for GoPro, I use hero 7, for my youtube and vlogs, but this is not up to the mark of GoPro standards.
